CAR PARKING AT NEW HALL 

PLEASE DO NOT PARK AGAINST THE BRICK WALL NEXT TO THE COURTS OR THE AMBULANCE BAY

 

No dogs are allowed at New Hall - New Hall is a no smoking area

Please can we ask that all teams contact the committee members below if there are “EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS”  or log on to the Chelmsford and District Netball League to check whether your games will be taking place:

FIRST AID ARRANGEMENTS FOR NEW HALL:

• Each team to have their own first aid box

• Any incident that occurs on court that is not of a serious nature, please handle with the assistance of the nominated First Aiders of your team

• If any incident is deemed to be serious, then please report to the Swimming Pool Reception

 

SECRETARY TASKS

Reminder that after All Players must be registered by 1^st March.  Registration requests after that date will be at the discretion of the Committee.  48 hours prior notice MUST be given and no registration requests should be placed in the Black Box at New Hall.

 

Cosmic Girls have withdrawn from Division 10

 

The Committee wish to bring to the attention of Division 12 teams, that teams who are in the relegation positions at the end of the Season, could be playing at Great Baddow School if Division 13 continues.

A reminder that you must be affiliated to England Netball before you play your first game. This includes umpires. Anyone playing unaffiliated will void the insurance of all players on that court and you are breaking league rules. Your affiliation number must be added to your team registration card that the league must receive before your first game is played!

Thanks to those who are parking in the correct car park but some are still spoiling it for the others ...  PAGE 13, 5.1 PARKING – Parking is to take place only in the main car parks and not in the area of the swimming pool.  This means NO PARKING IS ALLOWED FOR NETBALL PLAYERS, SPECTATORS & OFFICIALS.  THIS IS A NEW HALL RULE AND PART OF OUR CONTRACT!

RESULT CARDS If you see the BLACK POST BOX inside the lobby next to the toilets - it would be appreciated if you would attach it to the netting beside the entrance to the courts. REMEMBER – ALL TEAM PLAYER NAMES WILL BE TAKEN AS WRITTEN ON CARD – NO CORRESPONDENCE WILL BE ENTERED INTO.  MISTAKES COULD MEAN THAT YOU WILL LOSE POINTS GAINED FROM THAT MATCH!
